Music for Little Mozarts (MLM)

AMUSE’s piano program for the very young child teaches the basic fundamentals of playing piano in the ways in which young children learn, through singing and moving. Students develop listening and reading skills, as well as those of improvisation, technique, ensemble playing and composition. Repertoire includes contemporary and classical music, familiar childhood songs and popular soundtracks. Performances and ensemble parties are planned at the end of each session. Our program for the very young child is based on Music for Little Mozarts, an award winning series by Alfred Publishing Company and supplementary ensemble and repertoire materials. If you are a current group piano student, please feel to contact your teacher to determine your class level for Spring 2012.  Piano rental available. 8 weeks $144 plus materials.
