AMUSE Student Concert
Hey everyone, the AMUSE Student Concert is this Sunday January 15th at 2pm at the Norris Theater, right across the street from AMUSE.
Over 70 students will perform, including performances by our newest ensemble The AMUSE Singers.
Tickets are on sale at the Norris Theater Box Office for $8.

Special Event with a Special Guest
Over at AMUSE, we’re excited to announce a very special event we have planned for December 10th! AMUSE Music Center will be hosting a Yamaha event featuring a wide selection of Yamaha intermediate, professional, and custom instruments available for demo! Whether you’re looking to buy a new instrument or you’d just like to see what Yamaha has to offer, we’d love for you to stop by and try the instruments out!
We’ll have Saxophones (Alto, Tenor, and Soprano), Trumpets, Flugelhorns, Trombones, Clarinets, and Flutes: all of Yamaha’s best models, available to try.
Most exciting of all will be a special trumpet clinic led by Yamaha Artist and world-class trumpet player Wayne Bergeron. Wayne has played with an impressive list of legendary artists, he’s been heard on movie and television soundtracks, and he’s a great music teacher. Click on his name above to check out a short bio and list of credits on the Yamaha website. He will be speaking between 11am and 12:30pm. “Amuse Instrument Petting Zoo”
Hey everyone! This Saturday September 10th is the AMUSE Instrument Petting Zoo. It’s a great opportunity for kids getting ready to start the school music program to come and try out all the instruments they want! Everyone is welcome; and there’s no charge! It’s also the perfect time for parents to ask any questions they have about the instruments, the music program, or music in general.

Back-To-School and Blues Jam
The back-to-school season is right upon us, and over at AMUSE, we’re gearing up to meet all your needs. The great thing about shopping AMUSE is that many of the PV School District music teachers are also AMUSE teachers; and many others are our friends! So you can rest assured, we know what you need for class! We also have lots of info about the music program itself (teachers, deadlines, etc.) so feel free to ask us.
Also coming up on September 12th is our monthly Blues Jam. Everyone is welcome, whether you come to jam or just to watch! We start at 8pm, just as the store is closing. Just come by with your instrument ready to play. If you don’t have an instrument, we have plenty to borrow!
